Pokergold-whats the deal????

I just recieved an e-mail from pokergold saying that if you deposit $50, you get 50$....if you deposit $100, you get $100, up to $250......that sound ridiculously amazing...although I have never played there yet and haven't heard much about it...my questions are the following: 1.)has anyone deposited and played there for real money yet?? 2.)how long have they been around for/any good reputation??? 3.) what does everyone think about this? lol, i wanna hear some good feedback, please! -Mike

I recieved a different offer from them, via email, several months ago. I made a deposit, recieved my bonus, won some money, and cashed out. Check came quickly, and it cleared.

I was wondering if this site was still in business.I downloaded it a few months ago but never deposited.Checked in from time to time and it seemed to be growing some.Then about 2 weeks ago I opened it and seemed to be stuck in an upgrade loop.I'd download the upgrade and then get the same upgrade message when I tried to open up.Fortunately,I have a cable connection because I was dumb enough to go through this multiple times before I uninstalled and started over.And when I went to open up the game I got the same upgrade message even though I supposedly had just installed the latest version.Didn't care much at the time because I have no money there so I never contacted support.Now if this dollar for dollar promotion is for real....well I guess it's worth an email.
