Looks good except I think you should have moved in faster. I know queens are a dominating hand pre-flop but they can still be beat. I believe it is very important to play them fast. Get as much money into the pot as possible. You must make your opponent make a decision for all his money with this hand. It can even be considered a hand you don't want to take a flop with. What if an ace or a king came on the flop??? Then you are in a tough spot. The bb could have even had a smaller pair under and tripped up. Don't let it happen. Always get as much money possible in the pot pre-flop if you believe you have the best hand. This makes the rest of the hand a lot easier to play.
