They better refund. Sometimes everything is stopped, including the clock, but sometimes people are timing out.

I timed out with pocket queens and KQs heads up in the small blind. I want my money back.

Nevermind, I gained money on the games that got messed up, I suppose I should keep quiet. Everyone else should ask for a refund though. I had my Email typed up before I won the last game.

there's huge waits on all the cash game tables... I managed to get into a $100 PL cash game that filled up in about 10 seconds. Damn I need my sng fix.

Looks like they just refunded me, which isn't really what I wanted since I was a big chip leader with 4 players left, but it would be fair since the game was really screwed up.
