Default A10o hand whiff HU

Pretty boring hand I guess, but I'm still pretty new to the whole shorthanded thing so I just need to make sure this line is ok. MP is LAG (70/20/1.3) over a limited sample.

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (6 max, 5 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
Hero raises, MP calls, 2 folds, BB calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
BB checks, Hero bets, MP calls, BB folds.

Turn: (4.25 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets, MP calls.

River: (6.25 BB) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 7.25 BB

Your hand has showdown value and you are against a LAG who has shown no agression. You must check/call that river.

You'll easily have the best hand one in seven unless you have a read that he never bluffs. You also don't want to be folding too many rivers HU or people will start taking shots at you.

I tend to fold this river, but not against anyone I think is a LAG.

Tiny pot on the turn with a four straight on the board and your opponent is loose enough to have bottom pair . . . I'm checking the turn. Most people put pre-flop raisers on high cards, and most super loose limpers stay loose all the way to showdown. This means that not only will a turn bet not win the pot often enough to be a good semi-bluff, but against a LAG you will usually have to pay 2 BBs to see the showdown. That means you're getting 3-1 on a very scary board with A-high, and I don't call that a value bet.
