hmm.. I'm 17 and haven't been carded yet... I've only played B&M 4 times though.

I'm 19 and I've spent a pretty substantial amount of time in casinos for someone my age. I don't know if you can tell from my avatar but I look like I'm between 12 and 16 (depends on how long since I've shaved. I've been carded a lot, usually its a pretty cursoy check, especially if you look like you could realisticly be 21.

I'm sort of in Evan's boat with the time spent and age, though I look much older than I am, I can tell you the most important thing is not your ID but how you carry yourself.

I've seen someone turned away at FW with an expired ID. Worst part about it was the she was the guy's date and he did not want to leave.

I've seen people carded at the table at 5/5 NL and 10/20. Never at 20/40, but I'm usually the youngest person in the 20 game who doesn't live there.

I've been carded by a floor person while just walking through the room. 2 minutes later I got carded by cashier while buying chips. That was after being carded by security guard on way in. Must've been a slow day. FWIW, I look like I'm 15.

Never been carded at the table. Even when I'm juxtaposed against the geriatrics playing 5/10 O8 while I'm waiting for a seat in the 5/5NL game.

Young guns on 1/2NL... hahahahahhahahahahhahahha.

Awhile back I remember sitting next to a young asian kid, and he had a little group of other asian kids (male and female) with him.

The floor wound up coming over and asking for ID's, and some of these kids started getting all upset over it (no way, we're over 21, if you check my ID, you should check EVERYONE'S ID, you can't do this, I know my rights, etc.)

Needless to say, it quickly became painfully obvious they were not of legal age. I tried to explain to the kid sitting next to me that they didn't have as many rights as they thought, since they were no longer on U.S. soil, but on soverign Indian Land, where their laws and their councils ruled.

In the end, they were tossed. Steenkin' kids, go back to school, especially if you're a 2+2'er. I don't want to play against the educated, I want to play against the dead money. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
