My guess is you can't get it out of your head because you lost it to something like A3 or 88 . . . but when a loose-passive 3-bets this turn, I think getting the hell out of Dodge is +EV. Don't kick yourself.

THe hand didnt go to showdown so he doesnt know what he lost too...
