Setting up nView on Dual monitors

I'm having trouble setting up nView to do what I want on my dual monitor set-up.

Currently, I can get empire poker to open up on Monitor 2 (when I click the icon on Monitor 1), but every table that I open ends up opening on Monitor 1, and then I have to drag the table over to Monitor 2.

It seems as if nView should make this setup easy (set dialog boxes to application's monitor, etc.) but it doesn't seem to work.

Does anyone have any tips?
