Yeah, I usually have a bottle of something with me(water/snapple/whatever) as I go about the house anyway, so if I'm multitabling when nature calls, I just finish what I'm drinking and then, um, fill it back up. During one long session I filled an entire 1-liter seltzer bottle...that was kinda gross.
