Need help posting first 10k hand check

I know this is a stupid question, but here ya go. How do I take a screen shot of the detail stats in Poker Tracker and then post them in a post here. Thanks in advance.

PrtScrn and then past on a graphics editor like Paint. If you can't figure this out you can always just type them out and post them. Not everyone posts a pic of their stats. Just telling us the stats can be just as effective.

I can get the screenshot copied into paint ok but then i cant paste into into a post. How do I get it from paint into a post? Thanks

You have to place the image on a site to host it, and then link to it.
