In retrospect I think AJo was good enough
$30+3, blinds 50/100, 6 left.
UTG(450) limps, MP folds, loose CO(380) pushes Hero(840) folds AJo... I'm definitely ahead of CO's range of hands, but I was more concerned/confused about the UTG limp. I figured I would be playing against both short stacks, which didn't feel so great with AJo, so I waited for a better spot. It felt weak. Who pushes this? |

Re: In retrospect I think AJo was good enough
are you on the button or in the blinds?
I would push this for sure, I wouldnt be surprised to see UTG fold here and I think your ahead of utg a majority of the time anyways (or a race which I think is the most likely) If you are on the button, thats more reason to push, a lot of time your investing 400 to win 1050, and your probably ahead. PUSH. |

Re: In retrospect I think AJo was good enough
I fold, you don't want to be playing AJ against (at least) two opponents for half your stack.
Plenty of time to wait for a better hand. |

I agree Insty , why risk half your stack if you are clearle ahead and do not need to risk at all?

Re: In retrospect I think AJo was good enough
what chip position were you in, 4th? if 1,2, 3 are very even, it's an argument towards calling: you're probably going to need to double up at some point. i would be inclined to push. 6-handed with only 4+ big blinds (for utg and the PFR), AJ is a pretty big hand.
