Playing 5-10NL at UB
MP+1($1100) raises to 20, Button calls and me in the BB($750) with Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] calls the extra 10. I have not been in this game over 2 hrs. so i have no reads at the table besides a few regulars that i have stuided before(anyways, none of them r in the hand) POT(60) The flop comes 10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] I check, MP+1 bets 75, BB folds and i smooth call? Is this fine or should i raise? Pot(210) Turn brings a 3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] I lead out and bet the pot(210)...Villan Calls. Did i play this street right? Pot(630) River brings a 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] I pause for awhile and check, and MP+1 checks behind me. Did i miss a river bet? or was that a good check/call spot? Blow me UP~! I like your play here on the flop and turn.
you could alternate this with bet the flop, check call the turn. I would have check called the river as you did. 6 is sort of a scare card and if you bet out, I'm not sure something like JQ, or KQ is calling. |

I was going to say bet however looking at the stack sizes I don't think theres anyway you could gain by it. If you bet him any decent amount he's commited all in and will fold with anything you have beat and reraise you with anything that beats you. I think you've the hand won and I'd guess he had AQ and is looking to check call down once you'd raised the turn.
