nice work with Les Mis. seen it 4 times, know the whole cd by heart and can be caught wailing to it in my car on rare occasions!! i would have went with Red and Black, or Who am I

[/ QUOTE ]
Yeah, it's really hard for me to pick one specific song from the bunch, I just wanted to get that on there. Javert songs are my favorite to sing, so I just picked one of his. Who am I is great, as is On My Own and Empty Chairs at Empty Tables.

Les Miserables is quite possibly the greatest story man has ever told. I just recently bought the unabridged version of the book, and am meaning to read it sometime in the near future.

According to my playcounts, most of the songs would be from X-Japan.

Wrong Belle and Sebastian song. The right answer is either Electronic Renaissance, Lazy Line Painter Jane, or Sleep the Clock Around.

23. Led Zepplin - Kashmir

I can't even listen to this song all the way through once without going insane. It's taken all 24 years of my life to start appreciating Led Zeppelin's other work, just because I dislike this song so much.

Quick Question:
Didn't Billy Joel sing a song called "Only the Good Die Young"? If so, how old is he?

This is going to be tough - need to restrict myself to 2 max per band.

In no particular order of preference:

1) Stone Roses - This Is The One
2) Stone Roses - I Am The Resurrection
3) Pixies - Debaser
4) Pixies - Gigantic
5) Wedding Present - Brassneck
6) Wedding Present - Dalliance
7) Wedding Present - Don't Talk, Just Kiss (OK,3 max!)
8) Belle & Sebastian - The Boy With The Arab Strap
9) Belle & Sebastian - Woman's Realm
10) Drugstore - Accelerate
11) Drugstore - Fader
12) James - Out To Get You
13) Chumbawamba - The Day The Nazi Died
14) Delgados - Accused Of Stealing
15) Delgados - Sucrose
16) The Breeders - Saints
17) Belly - Slow Dog
18) Lou Reed - Perfect Day
19) Sex Pistols - God Save The Queen
20) The Only Ones - Another Girl, Another Planet
21) Carter USM - Sheriff Fatman
22) Carter USM - The Only Living Boy In New Cross
23) Bang Bang Machine - Geek Love
24) Pulp - Common People
25) White Stripes - 7 Nation Army

Right, done - time to send it before the inevitable rethink/change of mind/desire to re-start kicks in.
