Default Two newbie questions regarding bonuses

I am a longtime poker player but new to the world of online sites and bonuses and such. I'm sure these questions have been answered before, but I have had trouble finding this info, so it would be really great if someone can help.

1) To get a reload bonus, can you just withdraw, say, $500 from your Party account into netteller and then immediately deposit that $500 back onto the site?

2) I know that there are a lot of questions here regarding the interactions between rakeback and bonuses. I understand now that bonus money you collect counts against the total of how much rake you have paid and thus how much rakeback you get. Taking that as a given, is it possible when setting up a new account to put in both a bonus code for new players and an affiliate for rakeback? Or do you only get to put in one "code" and have to pick one or the other? Does it vary between sites? This will probably be obvious when I reach the point of actually setting up an account, but I am trying to be prepared ahead of time.

Thanks for any help.

1) Yes you can take out and put back in with the reload code

2) You can use a signup affilate code adn then enter in a bonus sign up code when you deposit money. So you get the affilate rakeback and the deposit bonus.

There is usually a bonus that goes along with signing up under and affiliate. It is normally 20% up to $100.
