I think your fold is correct for a couple of reasons, his small bet on the flop looks like a inticing bet, "Please bet me off my hand!". If he is a good player this is a great bet because it would seem he doesnt have the flush. If he gets called he's happy and if someone comes over him he's really happy. I think hes hoping you have a big enough hand to call his all in bet because he has the nuts so far. You are drawing to 7 outs which is slim against his made hand a fold is the right play. He would have to be a known maniac or playmaker to call here, but since he has been playing tight aggressive your fold should not cause you concern, wait for a better spot.
