party bonus page expiry date time zone?

Does anyone know for sure what time zone that is displayed in? my bonus expires tomorrow at 22:44. is that 1044 (my time) pacific? or are all the times listed est?

My neteller lists the deposit time as 2244 also so is that in your time zone or eastern only?

trying to figure out if i need to squeeze in these hands tonight or if i'll have a bit of time tomorrow.

Mine expired on the 6th at 3:45PM but didn't officially lapse until 6 AM on the 8th so you should have a at least a little grace period to clear the final few hands.
