[ QUOTE ] Everyone likes this song. Just like everyone likes Avril Lavigne's Complicated. [/ QUOTE ] No one has responded to this, but Complicated's a fucki[/i]n' great song. [/ QUOTE ] Now that's a shameful admission. I'd rather listen to Britney Spears than Avril Lavigne. |

Re: Shameful Admission
This doesn't sound anything like Green Day to me. What ever happened to that 1039 whatever CD where every single song sounded the same? I like those better.

Brevity is the soul of wit. [/ QUOTE ] The Dude: Let me explain something to you. Um, I am not Mr. Lebowski. You're Mr. Lebowski. I'm the Dude. So that's what you call me. You know, that or uh, His Dudeness, or uh, Duder, or El Duderino if you're not into the whole brevity thing. |

Re: Shameful Admission
[ QUOTE ]
Dude, I don't get what is the big deal. It's a catchy song. He has a really good voice. I've grown up with Green Day, and while some of their stuff sucks alot of it is some good poppy punk. Do we all have to listen to indie rock that's not on the radio to be "cool"? I think it's fine to like mainstream rock. [/ QUOTE ] Truth is, I had never noticed what a good voice he actually has. I was surprised and a little skeptical, but then I happened across a live performance of the song, and he hits all the notes, so there's that. Also, YES, we DO all have to listen to indie rock that's not on the radio to be cool. Duh. |
