No reads. Raise to isolate possible overcards? This is pretty standard for me so if I'm out of line here, please tell me...

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
Hero calls, UTG+1 calls, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, CO calls, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, Hero calls, UTG+1 calls, CO calls.

Flop: (9.50 SB) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
Hero checks, UTG+1 checks, CO checks, <font color="#CC3333">Button bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>...

Personally I would raise and if reraised I would slow down...btu on the other hand I am not a proven winner...nice to see Swedes!

I like this line a lot. Villian is likely to be raising overcards. I like the CR here and leading the turn, hoping a scarey card does not show.

Fold to the 3 bet, you only realistically have 2 outs, in which case you need a pot more than twice as large to have the odds to call.

Hero has about 3.25 outs, given his BD straight, so calling the 3-bet (and goddamned cap) is correct.
