Posting an Image?

Can someone explain to me how to insert an image with my post. I've tried to post stats but doesn't work?

Try the twoplustwo faq.

Go somewhere to upload your image, like http://www.imageshack.us/

Then when you make a post, click on the Image tag under Instant UBB Code and put in the image address.
