Default LPP etc. quick question on aggression categories

I understand Loose, Tight, Passive and Aggressive.

But why are there two sub categories after the Loose/Tight.

ie. LPP Loose-Passive/Passive.

why two passives there, obviously they mean two different things

Pre-flop aggression/post-flop aggression.

A player who is LAP is loose, raises more than 5% of the time pre-flop, but plays passively after the flop.

LP-P = loose-passive pre-flop & passive from the flop on.
