Default Final 2 In Tunica

Stolzmann raised to 200k pre-flop and Giang called. Negreanu called all in on the big blind with 120k. The flop came 2s 8s 7s. Stolzmann and Giang both checked. The turn was the 5s. Both checked again. The river was a 4d and Giang bet 120k. Stolzmann raised to 400k and Giang folded. Stolzman exposed the ace of spades, giving him a flush. Negreanu threw down AhKh. Negreanu will take home $384,322 for 3rd place.

The play resumes heads up with Giang a slight favorite.

1 Chau Giang $2,745,000
2 John Stolzmann $2,405,000

After getting seriously hurt with QQ, D busts with A-K. Tough beats for Daniel, I suppose. I can't wait to see how this all played out when it's aired on the tube.

Default New Chip Count 8:34PM CST

1 Chau Giang $3,350,000
2 John Stolzmann $1,800,000

That's it for me, now that Daniel is out I really don't care who wins it.

Nothing against Dan but he was getting pretty lucky to stay alive in this one. Yes, he is probably one of the best, if not the best in the world right now. But he won 3 coin flips in a row, then took down 88 w/ his 77 all in pre-flop. Congrats to John.
