Default ATo heads up against a possible steal

This is villain's 5th hand at the table or so, he's been tight so far but that doesn't really mean much.

1) Is the pf defend ok or should I 3bet? Folding doesn't feel like much of an option.
2) Standard flop play?
3) Lead the river and fold to a raise?

Another non-expert opinion:

I'd 3bet the flop. I think AT is pretty strong against a possible steal. Otherwise I think I play it the same. Maybe I bet the turn, depending on the villian.

Whenever I defend with AT I check/raise the flop, no matter what hits. The only exception is when I spike an ace (I usually check and call). This looks like a good flop to check/raise.

Thanks for the input guys, villain showed QJ of diamonds (I believe) and took it.
