Default AA - $25 NL Party - Evaluate for the masses

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.5 BB (8 handed) converter

MP2 ($24.1)
CO ($42.8)
Hero ($34.9)
SB ($19.45)
BB ($37.7)
UTG ($32.45)
UTG+1 ($52.05)
MP1 ($10.55)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, CO raises to $3, Hero raises to $5.5, SB folds, BB folds, CO calls $2.50.

At this point I assume i have the best hand and have the original raiser on a PP of some kind or two big cards. I believe I am correct in this assessment at this point, right?

Flop: ($11.75) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
CO bets $11.2, Hero raises to $29.4 (All-In), CO calls $18.20.

With a flop of 5 3 5, and his big bet. I'm putting him on a big PP for sure now. In theory, the only hand he may have PF raised with was A5x but even then he may have folded it vs the re-raise.

Turn: ($70.55) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: ($70.55) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: $70.55

Results in white below:
CO has Jh 5h (three of a kind, fives).
Hero has As Ac (two pair, aces and fives).
Outcome: CO wins $70.55.

Feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

bad beat post alert.
Raise more preflop...he already put 3 in and you only raised him $2...i'd raise it to at least 6, but i'd consider 8-10. If he's going to suck out you are going to charge him. That being said, i don't think there is any way you can put him on a 5 here unless it's 55, which isn't likely. Just reload and prepare to reraise this clown all night and isolate him.

Won't look at the results, but reraise more. These are the situations you're looking for at this level. Make it impossible for him to see a flop without being committed.

Is this post a joke? You "think" you may have the best hand preflop? WHERE DID YOU GET THAT IDEA?

I'd probably make it 9 preflop and re-raise all-in on the flop. Unfortunate you ran into that ridiculously unlikely holding, but going all-in here in the long run is profitable.

Thank you for such quick replys. I know I obv had the best hand pre-flop. The big bet on the flop made me wonder though, but I mean, you're right, just re-load and go back in cause in the long run its gonna be profitable.

So it's folded the CO and he raises? I put him on two cards period. Even that's iffy, he could have one and a nice looking replica.

Re-Raise more preflop. Much more. Make it $9 or $10 at least.

You raised the minimum. This created a lot of problems. Besides letting him stay in for a cheap amount, you are basically announcing your hand...telling everyone you have AA or KK. Min raising is very weak and bad play. Please remove it from play. good luck next time.
