The gain in ability is not worth the (presumed) loss of money be this actually losing money or just not making as much as you normally would.

so what ur saying is, that if a 2+2ER sits down its not smart cause he will be one more solid player at the table instead of another fish?

I presumed it to be a table of 2+2ers but the general concept applies to a single player at your table.

There are occasional low stakes two plus two games.

Part of it is that, the other part is, if I know I am sitting with 2+2ers, my way of playing is very different and it becomes difficult with newbs mixed in at the table.

Like Kaz said, we occasionally get together and play 2+2 low stake games .25/.50 (somebody even mentioned .05/.10) games where all 10 players are 2+2ers.

Still in these games, you learn how to play against other tight aggressives but does not really help you play against fish.

I can't believe he called that with an underpair. What an absolutely terrible call after you pushed. That guy is doomed to lose with such bad play. I would have folded that QQ before you had even reached for your chips to push them in.
