Default \"River Down\" Hold Em ???

There is a local card room that opened that spreads a game called "River Down" Hold Em. Anyone ever hear of this and could you explain how it's played?

I called the card room, there was no one available to explain the rules, and advised that I call back later...

Thanks

Instead of the river card being turned face up in the center of the table, an individual river card is given, face down, to each player. I think it makes for a very good hi-lo game, but it's not that interesting played strictly for high.
