BB is sketchy. It seems like he'll play several hands well and then do something stupid like J7o UTG or call to the river with 9 high. Anyways, his lead out on the river certainly didn't mean a made hand. CO is also a little loose preflop, but better postflop and not insane.

ouch, sorry bout the turn there. id raise the river. i dont think CO likes his hand very much if he can check the turn and may very well not call the river. if BB will bet this with less than a Q and call your raise to showdown 9high, i think thats the better route.
