Re: 10 Week Challenge : Week 8
Foxwoods is mad easy to get into but I remember the time I got carded for getting a beer by some bitch waitress. I had already gotten like 4-5 that night and then this new waitress comes along.
I tipped her a red chip and asked her for a coke instead because I said I don't have my ID on me. The bitch takes my redbird and [censored] goes to security. The head of security and 2 grunts come down and escort me out. They say if you come back in with a fake ID, they will prosecute to the full extent of the law. [censored]... That sucked. I was in a juicy must-move 10/20 at this moment up about $300 in like 2 orbits! But I've been back about 10 times since, never getting carded. It helps that I'm about 6'3". |

[ QUOTE ]
I think he definitely knows GoT is under 21, and there will be no hard feelings or awkwardness when GoT is 21 and shows his real ID. I'm saying this having never met GoT, and never having been to the Commerce. [/ QUOTE ] He's pretty sure GoT's under 21 but isn't 100%, so he's willing to let it slide for a tip. GoT's definitely in the he's probably under 21, but you can see him being 21 or 22 camp. |

Re: 10 Week Challenge : Week 8
Yea, basically.
If he's 21 or 22, he'd make a point of bringing his ID, just so he wouldn't have to deal with this kind of crap (especially if there is some history, which there seems to be). Having recently been there myself, I know how annoying it can be. The guy knows with a high degree of confidence that GoT isn't 21, but he doesn't know for sure, and he can look the other way, and not get himself in serious trouble. Again, I have no idea, but I like to talk like I do. |

$3,870.50 over 18.8 hours. Not pretty. Hopefully I'll make up for it next week, but we'll see... [/ QUOTE ] $3,870.50 for playing poker for 18.8 hours. That's only just over $200 per hour. My deepest sympathies are with you during these difficult times. Seriously though try not to lose sight of the ridiculous amount of cash you are making from playing a card game. Your hourly rate is over twice as much as the British Prime Minister earns for crying out loud! |

Re: 10 Week Challenge : Week 8
Nice report...
Oh, just to clear something up... The guy knows your not 21 (this for other posters). And I'm about 95% sure the second reminder was for real, they are probably on to you. He's trying to help you out he isn't trying to milk you for another tip. Just get a fake I.D. that you only use for the casino. Next time he swings by, show him the I.D. then thank him for the heads-up along with another $10. |
