What's your worst one day downswing?

I just had a NASTY day. 1.3k hands, -80BB at 5/10 6max. Puts me down 110BB for the weekend, after being 3.5BB/100 for the previous 10k hands. AA being run over by big blind garbage consistently, AA being rivered by AKo, AA being outdrawn by JJ and QQ simultaneously, gutshot chasing morons getting obscenely lucky with their 46o cold calls, etc etc. It was terrible! But I know many of you have had even worse days. I think I read Evan say he had a 120BB downswing last thurs (right?). What about the rest of you? What is your worst? Were you just getting sucked out, or were you making mistakes?
