Hi all,
What do you guys consider to be the most common leaks?
If possible list like your top 5.

1) Calling.
2) Folding.
3) Checking.
4) Raising.
5) Betting.

No, not meaning to attack you. It's not a stupid question and my answer is a half-joking one but I mean it. I think the biggest leak is calling too often, the second-biggest is folding on the end when you should call for one more bet, etc.

Hopefully you'll get some longer answers from others!

thanks for your response I will try posting in the beginers forum. I want to completly analize my game and Iam not as savy as the elite posters . Ive got abot 75k hands and want to find my issues.

Obvious ones.

Not raising enough preflop
Continuing the hand while outkicked
Folding too easy on the river
Being poor at valuebetting
Doing things by routine without reflection (problem when playing too many tables online)

There are only 8 leaks in poker:
1)calling when you should raise
2)raising when you should call
3) folding when you should call
etc.........it works out to be about 8 of them, according to sklansky.

I'm pretty new to the game, but here are the five major leaks I discovered in my play early on:

1) Playing too many hands
2) Not raising enough preflop
3) Not protecting good but vulnerable hands
4) Overdefending blinds
5) Overplaying in early position

my biggest leak is my overcard play. when my AKo misses and i'm bet into i feel slightly lost. my second biggest leak is not value betting enough on the end.
