Sure, if a 2+2er had cold-called the initial preflop raise, you could narrow down his hand range pretty easily, and something like AQs might not be a bad guess. But against an unknown opponent, that's giving them far too much credit.

Players who raise because they view me as someone who can fold I will call down.
Players who will only bet or raise with a heart I will fold to. It depends who I think has the potential to bluff.

I prefer cold_cash's stop-n-go line to any other suggested, and it's the one I take about 95% of the time in these spots without a read.
