i assume by posting this that the tournament dollars (are these indeed tournament dollars?) are transferable?
can they be used in the EPT and WPT qualifiers?

yes they are tranferable , and the transfer must be done by stars support with e-mails from both parties (buyer/seller) and yes they can be used for EPT and WPT satelites and buy ins for the said main events , they can not be used for ring games or normal $ satelites or normal mtt $ tournies .
