Yeah - it's very 80's. The IMDB description/review makes it sound uber-gay, but it's really nowhere near as retarded as the idiot on IMDB makes it sound. Well, to be fair, it's not a "good" movie, but it's not bad in the way the guy on IMDB makes it sound like it would be. It's not a popular movie by any means, though. I've never seen it in any store or rental place - I've only seen it in a college friend's movie collection. There are a few copies on E-bay, though. Note that the one with the picture of the box just copied the same gayrod description that IMDB has.

Clint Eastwood's movies seem like solid picks as the characters he plays are the quintessential 'manly men' according to American ideals.

I wholeheartedly agree. I finally bought the Apocalypse Now Redux and got FMJ on a 2-fer at Best Buy. My wife has absolutely no interest in watching either of them. In fact, you might say she has anti-interest. They showed Apocalypse Now in my high school social studies class. That was awesome - surprising, but awesome.
