Default Best Hand, Can I fold?

Playing 30-60, five-handed. I limp UTG with Q9s Button calls, SB folds, BB calls. Flop is 9c6c3s, BB bets, I raise, Button three bets (he'd do this with any pair, any kick so I'm not worried) BB caps. I fold. Turn 7s, BB bets, button calls. River 2s BB checks, Button bets and BB calls. Button has j6o for original second pair, and BB turns over 7c8c for a straight flush draw that turned into 7's which were good (I'd like to say I figured him for a hand like that, but seeing as it's a fairly ridiculous claim I won't). If I knew those were the hands I was against could I fold. For one bet I'd pick one and see if the straight/club misses on the turn, but for the raise I believe I would fold every time. What should I do? I know he is a favorite on the flop, but does that mean I should fold. It's different with three-way action than heads up too, I don't know how that factors in.
