Default Question about Prima poker

I'm wondering why Prima Poker network is not so popular?
Most of the prima poker players are gamblers, playing sports betting or casino and they discover poker. But somehow they still can't reach the top with all these fish.
I downloaded the software yesterday and first I thought it was because of the big table. But you can put it on small view or mini view.
So it's pretty good.

They locked my account for over a month and wouldn't tell me why. They gave me the run-around on support the 5-10 times I contacted them during that time. We had 2 accounts from this household on 2 different skins (2 accts total one citypoker one betonusa). Both accounts logged in from the same computer during the same week - but not at the same time - and they locked them.

I don't need to be locked out of my account for a month simply because 2 people in a house played on the same computer. There's too many hassle free sites out there for me to waste my time with them again.

I played the gaming club last year and had zero problems though.

My girlfriend and I both have accounts at the same prima skin used from the same house. I also have other prima skin accounts (my alias is always the same as per t&c's)

no problems whatsoever for 6months plus now, we had to get security cleared for the multiple accounts i.e different aliases but no problems, after all we have nothing to hide and dont play the same limits etc.

Is it not allowed to have accounts on all the skins?
I have an account on one of the prima skins, can't remember which. I just created a new one and had to use my old screenname. It was a big hassle to creat the account. But I finally got. Will I get into trouble with this extra account?

There're so many skins for prima, it's too complicated. When you sign up you need your old registration code. How can I remember that? I'm playing on the new skin, so why do they need information on the old skin. For a normal customer this new skin is a new site. We know there're skins, but a fish wont know it's a skin. So after all the hassle he wont sign up on the new skin.

Hi Hung

As long as you used your original alias there will be no problems with your new account.
Rest assured that these things are being looked at, clearly it is in all parties best interest to make it as easy as possible to sign up.

Now just hope that the skin you finally landed on is one of mine

I kept all my old mails, so I found my old alias. It wasn't easy.
I have to ask, which skin is yours?

The reason why I opened a new prima skin is because I thought they had euro games, but they don't. You buy euros at the site, but when you go to the pokerroom your euros get changed to dollar.

And I also think the games must be softer. All the players are coming from gamblers sites, so it must be softer. I'll know in a few days/weeks.
