Default checking the flop with an overpair

i have been incorporating this more and more into my game and was wondering what others think about it and what criteria they use to decide when to check behind after raising preflop.

you should almost never use that. I think that's probably the #1 misused misunderstood strategy in that book. I've never used it. I'd say that most other people haven't either.
