PokerStars $15/30 10-handed.
Three limpers to me, I raise AKo on the button. Big blind and limpers call, 5 to the flop for 2 bets each. Flop: Ad Qc 7s. Checked to me, I bet, all four call. Turn: 8c. Checked to me, I bet, and two of the limpers call. River: Tc. Check, bet from the limper in the middle. Is this a must-call or what? lars |

Lars,
While the wake up and bet play on the river is not always a good omen, I wouldn't fold for one bet in a big pot like that. |

Definitely one of the easier calls out there. And against certain players, it's a raise.

I dont think i'd raise this is very many situations, but i think calling is a no brainer with the pot that big.

How can you think about folding? I thought this was between raising and calling. Seems to me he has a weak king or Q or something and wants to value bet vs. worst hands you might check behind, if he had a strong hand why wouldn't he checkraise you? I think you'll be betting htis river often when checked to...

Pot is paying 11.5 BB to your final call. If you don't think you will win more than 1 in 12 times in these circumstances, I think you are mistaken. Its a definite call.
