15-30 strategy

I'm curious how people feel you should play sb in 15-30 in shorthanded pots such as one or two limpers. Do you feel you should play it agressively when out of position? Also in heads up matches with sb being out of position can you still afford to fold a majority of the hands or should you again play looser?
