wow.... thats pretty lame. Not very promising.

I think they did this because they treated the first two issues as "test issues" -- they didn't have a distribution deal yet. So not many people saw those issues.

I don't know. I see this and it tells me that their target audience might not be "serious" poker players. What's next... a regular "poker babe of the month" section?

If I want to look at hot women in a magazine, there are more established magazines, aren't there?

Of course, they might be able to mix the sex appeal and imparting of valuable poker knowledge, but time will tell.

Hell, I haven't even read a copy of this magazine, so who am I to even comment!

There is little to no "big" money in bringing national advertisers to the "serious" poker player market. All In and Bluff are aimed at the average person interested in poker... advertisers call the primary readers "enthusiasts". Personally, I call them fish.

The Shana Hiatt thread at 2+2 currently has 29517 -- make that 29518 -- page views. Are 2+2ers not serious poker players?

I hope Erin Ness is next. Come to think of it, there is a pic of Erin Ness in the current issue, but she's not in a bikini like Shana Hiatt is.

After several e-mails and phone calls you think he is being too hard on them? You MUST work in customer service.
