I can see (possibly) someone doing this as a very lame joke, if this is a friendly home game. In which case you should get him back somehow, later, but as far as the pot goes . . . it's his $95.
If, on the other hand, there's any legitimate suspicion of cheating, the pot should be split up among all those who were initially in the hand. No freakin' way it should be YOURS, Mr. $5 side-pot. |

Was this actually a cash game, or was it a de facto tournament? That is, was there a prior agreement to play until everyone except one busted? If it was a true cash game, I think you only get the $5, but if you didn't really have the option of quitting earlier, you get the $100.
