Default Preflop raise question

I have always had a rather low pfr%, with 25,000 hands it is currently at 3.23%. I have been trying to raise a lot more preflop and I still am only about 4% over the past 10,000 hands. I read on here that I should be having a pfr% closer to 7 or 8%. So my question is, what should I be raising with preflop that I don't already raise with.
Generally I pfr with the following hands(in a full table ring game):

Blinds & early position: 55-AA, AK, AQs
Middle+late position: 55-AA, AK, AQ,KQ
Late position with less than 3 limpers: 22-AA, KJ,QJ, J10s

Should I be raising all these hands where I am raising them? Any others I should be raising with? Thanks!

You raise with all of these and your PFR is still only 3.23%?

That doesn't sound right. What is your VP$IP?

Don't pre-flop raise just for the sake of doing so. Given that, you need to take out lower PP like 55-77 out. Those are more speculative hands. Also put in AJ and AJs, ATs, KQ and KJs. I'm sure I'm forgetting some.

it's odd that you'd raise the medium, small pocket pairs and not the big broadway cards. its usually considered "creative raising" with the pairs and THOSE are the types of raises that generally get your pfr up.

anyhoo i would not raise pocketpairs less than 99 in early position, those should be limped. 99 and up should be raised.

i think you should avoid raising the mid-small pp altogether now because it doesn't seem like you know enough about the game to actually make these raises profitable.

also include AQo, AJs, AJo, ATs, KQs, KQo, KJs in your arsenal and you'll be surprised how much more you'll be raising.

You're raising some hands you shouldn't be, that's for sure.

Don't raise 55, 66, and 77 from EP.

While I'm not going to discuss the entire list, from EP I'm raising AA-99, AK, AQ, AJ, ATs, and KQ.

My VPIP% is 16.88 over 25,000 hands.

I always used to limp with middle PP, like a few of you suggested, but then I read a topic about a week or so ago on here saying how in early and middle position you should raise mid PP rather than limp to try and scare out opponents with 1 or 2 overcards.

Thanks for the comments so far guys, I really appreciate it!
