10-20 flopped set

This game is in an Ontario casino so it is played 11 handed, if that makes any difference to anyone.
The suspects for the hand are as follows:
SB is a by the numbers, newish, young, fairly predictable type opponent.
UTG is a new player to the table, also young, can be aggressive but not necessarily at the right time, and possibly on tilt.
My table image is what I'd describe as good at the moment, people fear my raises, and I have a high percentage of showdowns won. I'm in the BB on this hand.

On to the hand in question.
UTG brings it in for a raise, MP1 cold calls (this lady cold calls a lot of raises), folded around to the SB who thinks for a bit (looks to be calculating his odds + it's late and he's tired) and he cold calls as well, I call in the BB with 55.
Flop comes down 345 rainbow, SB checks, I check, UTG bets, all 3 other players call the bet.
Pot is now 6 big bets and the turn brings an offsuit 9.
Here is where it gets tricky. The SB and myself both check again, UTG bets out, MP1 calls, SB raises to 40. The pot now contains 10 big bets.
I basically don't like my play from this point on, could anyone offer up some ideas as to what they'd do in this situation and why? Thanks for any input you may provide me.

i would checkraise the flop here. there are alot of turn cards that could kill your action as well as well as making it difficult for you to raise. you also have no certainty that the turn will be bet if you check, because the pfr may easily have AK. however, after going for the turn checkraise, this is an easy 3bet.

I am not sure you want people in this decent sized pot on the flop. I would checkraise the flop as advocated by Tstone. You have all the overcards drawing dead(with the exception of the ones with aces). On your good days, everyone calls, you bet the turn and UTG pops you with an overpair and clears the field for you in this big pot. I guess I would 3 bet the turn the way you played it(especially if you saw him calculating odds--to flop a set, A2 and 67 dont do that, and 99 calls or doesnt. Most wouldnt play it for set value). If you ride UTG and MP off their hands, you wll win almost all the time, even when the 2 comes.

Checkraise the flop!! You set the trap and then...let them go!

I'm not sure what your worried about on the turn sb could have numerous things from str8 draws, 66 , TT, A9s, etc..maybe even under set (33,44)..easy three bet. Your ahead more than your fair share of times here.

Rest of hand 3 bet turn and bet the river.

Thanks for the input provided.
I didn't check-raise the flop because I felt that it was a safe hand to slowplay to the turn (only a 2 would really scare me), and I was pretty sure that UTG would bet again allowing me to raise the field for some big money.
On the actual hand I did 3 bet the turn, UTG cold called the 2, MP1 ducked out, SB came back and capped, and both of us remaining called that. River was a Q and SB bet out, then I called as well as UTG.
SB showed 67s for the flopped straight and UTG mucked, later admitting to having pocket aces (I didn't really believe he would get that far out of line but I couldn't think of any other hand he might have had).
I guess I was just basing my opinion of the play on the results of the hand as it really bugged me that I put in all $130 while behind.

C/R the flop and trap them for 2 bets. Your hand is strong, but it's a raised pot and I wouldn't mind narrowing down the field. You'll probably have some callers on the turn if you lead. In this hand, 3 bet the turn for same reasons.

In an unraised pot I think it's a closer decision to wait for the turn to go for a c/r.
