My read on UTG was that he was pretty tight and solid. So him betting out after my PFR made me put him on at least a King/decent kicker. Should I have 3-bet and gone from there? Folded to his flop bet? What's your line on this hand?

there are few hands containing a king that a tight solid player will limp UTG. KTs? K9s? K8s? maybe K7s?

i'd raise the flop and go from there. if 3-bet i'd rethink.

Yeah, the way I played this felt weak to me. I respected Villian's play, but I may have given him too much respect here.
