Help Doyle's Room cashouts?

I am going to send them this thread, I feel the exact same way, great site, just needs some polish.

Did the SS2 Bonus and liked the site given the poor play in my opinion. No trouble with the cash out other than it was a few days.

I'd play there more often with hand histories.

PLUSES:
1) Horrible players
2) Great shorthand game
3) Fast software
4) AMAZING tech support
5) Send an IM to the help team, and they will announce an open table for you. Thats what I call service!!!

Minuses:
1) 4-6 days for a cashout (but no problems at all)
2) No hand histroies (BIG negitive)
3) Only 2 tables at a time
4) Memory leak slows down the computer after a while. Quitting Doyles Room fixes the problem
5) Horrible table selection. Often has no more than 1 table at a given limit.

All in all I liked it. The play was so horrible, I didn't miss having the hand hostories that much.
