Default difference between 2/4 and 3/6 on party?

is there any real difference between the 3/6 and 2/4 games on party? Looking for some input from those with a lot of experience on each level, I am beating 2/4 for about 3BB/100 and wanted to know if anyone knows if as a TA-A I will see that big a difference between the two games?

A little tighter, a little more aggressive, a few less fish.

How many hands?

There is a difference. 3-6 is tighter and more aggressive as you would imagine since it a higher stake. There are more good players at a table and less terrible players. The bad players tend to be lags rather than laps.

Pots tend to be more shorthand. This is actually a good thing. Party 3-6 is a good segway into the higher limit games because you are forced to learn how to play in many shorthanded pots.

There is a difference but I'm not finding it huge. If you want to beat up on the 3/6 game, table selection becomes more important.
