Default Late in a Tourney, two pair with flush board

Blinds 500/1000, antes of 125. I am covered by both opponents. Is this the right play? Could I have extracted more, or is it good to just knock the flush draws out? Or, is this a dangerous bet in the first place?

Dealer: freddy21 posts the small blind of 500
Dealer: HERO posts the big blind of 1,000
Dealer: You have been dealt [9s 7s]
robb34: was still enough for now
Dealer: robb34 folds
Dealer: TheChipHunter folds
Dealer: Snadly folds
Dealer: spicy0319 folds
Dealer: smoknjo calls 1,000

Dealer: HERO checks
Dealer: The flop is [7h Qh 9h]
Dealer: freddy21 checks
Dealer: HERO bets 3,875
Dealer: smoknjo folds

Dealer: freddy21 folds
Dealer: Uncalled bet of 3,875 returned to HERO
Dealer: HERO mucks
Dealer: HERO wins the pot (3,875)

Get your money in the middle as soon as possible. Your hand is too weak to get callers and too strong to risk a free card. Just push on the flop. I don't know what your stack size is, but assuming its relatively short push.
