In a slump please help

I am coming off my best month ever. I won three tournaments, two live and one on stars (large $20 buy-in) and some other nice finishes. Since then I have played very poorly. Its like I forgot how to play.
Have any you gone through these stretches? What do some of you more successful players do to get out of these slumps? Again, I have not been catching a lot of bad beats or anything I really just feel like I am playing poorly and making bad decisions. If any of you have any ideas let me know.
