This is a big tourney that started out with players numbering in the thousands. You have ~T17500 with blinds of T400/T800 and a T100 ante, at a 9-handed table. At this particular table no one is quite at the point of desperation point, but there are still plenty of tables going and it will only take a few players busting out in their forced blinds/desperation pushes for everyone else to make the money. You could fold this hand, and the next one, and be assured of making the money.

Everyone posts their T100 ante. You are in the BB and post T800.

Cards are dealt; everyone folds to MP (~T12500), who limps for T800.

Folded around to CO (T18000), who min-raises to T1600.

Folded around to you in BB. You check your cards and see:

i would probably fold, but a good arguement could be made for pushing as well. at these stages in the tournament, ive seen players make the min raise with aces and kings enough times to fear it. since you can easily coast into the money i would fold and wait for a better spot. but if the preflop raiser has been loose and aggressive, stealing alot of blinds, then i auto-push.
