i kind of agree with winning low limit hold em, but i think it might be a little to passive, like in early position, he recommends to throw away pocket pairs that are lower than pocket sevens. to me this sounds a little to passive, because in super system doyle brunson says that he will play all pocket pairs in any position. what are your thoughts on this, mainly is wllh to passive, or is it just right for low limits?

in a no limit game, the implied odds are huge for small PP's, and as long as the stacks are deep, you should play them in any position.
as far as low limit hold'em, as long as the table conditions are good (meaning passive and loose), it is perfectly OK to play them. you will eventually hit a limit where it is not a good idea to play them, however, because the play will be too tight and aggressive. cheers! |
