KK....slow down?
I think this is standard. You can't put anyone on 4 4 can you? Anyone slow down? I'm posting it because it's the biggest pot that I've been personally involved in to the river.
Party Poker 2/4 Hold'em (10 handed) converter Preflop: Hero is MP3 with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. MP1 posts a blind of $3. UTG raises, UTG+1 folds, UTG+2 calls, MP1 (poster) folds, MP2 folds, Hero 3-bets, CO folds, Button folds, SB calls, BB calls, UTG caps, UTG+2 calls, Hero calls, SB calls, BB calls. Re: KK....slow down?
With no reads I wouldn't put him on 44. I mean he raised preflop UTG and then capped. He probably had 44 since you posted anyway?

Re: KK....slow down?
Don't even consider 44 with a capped PF.

Re: KK....slow down?
You have the second nut and two opponents still putting money in the pot(another went all-in). For your opponent to have the nuts you have to believe he would cap with a baby pair pre-flop. You have to cap all streets in such a situation even if you ultimately came in second because you make more in the long run than when you lose to quad 4's. I think TT is much more likely given the pre-flop action or even an overplayed AK.
If you did lose to quad 4's, at leasts you can feel comfortable in the knowledge he didn't make up enough in turn/river bets to cover the loss he payed pre-flop and on the flop. Implied odds be damned. Vern |

Reads
I wasn't paying a lot of attention because I was 3 tabling and not playing many hands at this table. Checking PT after the fact SB is TA-N thru 125 hands, BB LA-A 92 VPI 14 PFR, UTG sLA-A only 12 hands and he left after this hand.

Re: Reads
With those reads, I just don't give UTG credit for open raising and then capping with 44 so I would not slow down. If you did lose this, you next post should be in the internet forum about how the sites are rigged or someone has a working pattern mapper
