Flopped the nut flush - could I have made more?

Any thoughts? I'm mainly concerned with whether I should have reraised the turn instead of just calling and hoping for another raise on the river, which was probably silly. I'm thinking I should have - even if he somehow folds the river, I make the same amount. Any comments on this, or anything else in the hand are appreciated!

I 3-bet the turn for sure. I don't mind the flop call at all on this board. The less co-ordinated the board, the more inclined you should be to slowplay.
