Default Flopped Royal vs guy all in for $1. How do I extract the Max?

Okay... maybe it wasn't that good of a flop... but I have always wanted to have a post titled flopped a (quads/royal, etc.,) how do I extract hand.

SB is 79/1.2/1.5. His line is always call, two bets, three bets, whatever, bet the flop. Button is 49.2/5.2/0.9. He will call with any piece of the flop, regardless of the texture of the board.

Questions:
1.) Given the read on the sb, raise here despite the weak kicker?
2.) Given the cold call of the button - meaning he got a piece of the flop - what is the line after the flop?

Thanks,
Kevin

Either a raise or a fold on the flop. I have no idea what to do on the turn. I'm stubborn, so I bet since I think all 6 of my outs are likely clean should I get raised.

Bet again. I think you'd have heard from a K on the turn. Deuce didn't help anyone. I think you're maybe looking at something A8 and/or a busted draw.
